This is done by encoding a unique player, which does not require any codecs to play any video.

The program can act as a server to stream in the network and the use of IPv4 or IPv6, with sufficient bandwidth. No need to install any additional codecs, since all components are already contained in it (based on other open source development).
VLC Media Player is designed to work in Windows NT and above, as well as many other alternative operating systems. Has Russian interface.
